   The conventional LED linear lamp waterproof process is generally glue encapsulation, and the glue covers the surface of the lamp bead to achieve the waterproof effect. However, as the dust accumulates on the surface of the colloid, the color of the lamp will also change, but generally speaking, the difference will not be too large. What method can be used to avoid this problem? Use water-proof exposed lamp beads, the glue is flat with the surface of the lamp beads during potting, and does not cover the surface of the lamp beads. The purpose of this process is to prevent the problem of chromatic aberration under the influence of environmental factors within the life of the lamp.

    Structural waterproof line lights can withstand more harsh and harsh environments, ensure stable work, and have a longer life. It has been verified that the line lights are completely waterproof and their protection degree can reach IP67. The fully structured waterproof LED linear lamp is fixed by the PCB board welded by the LED and the lining board, supplemented by the high thermal conductivity rubber gasket in the middle, and inserted into the special lamp housing for conduction and heat dissipation. The four sides of the front end of the lamp housing are grooved plastic grooves. , Used to seal the high light transmittance tempered glass, the end caps at both ends and the end face of the lamp housing are extruded to seal the silicone gasket to achieve a real waterproof effect.

    There are several voltages for LED linear lights, so you need to choose a suitable switching power supply. The size of the power supply is determined by the power and connection length of the LED linear lights. It should be noted that DC12V and DC24V must not be connected to AC220V, otherwise all the lamp beads will burn out. DC12V can not be connected to the DC24V control power supply; otherwise, the power will be more than doubled and the lamp beads will burn out easily. AC220V line lights can be directly connected to the mains. RGB colorful LED linear lights need to use a controller to realize the changing effect, generally 4 wires are used to distinguish black, red, green, and blue. Colorful linear lights generally have a common anode, that is, one of the linear lights is +12V connected to the black wire, the others are negative, and the RGB is connected to the corresponding red, green, and blue ports or power lines.
