1. You can take a look at the solder joints when choosing LED lamp beads. Produced by a regular full-color LED display manufacturer, using SMT process, solder paste process, and reflow soldering process.

2. You can also look at the characteristics of FPC. There are two types of copper ingots: copper plating and rolled copper ingots. The copper foil coated with copper is very prominent. If you look closely, you can see the connection between the pad and the FPC. You can also observe the cleanliness of the surface of the LED strip. For example, the LED strip produced by the patch process is clean and free of impurities and stains.

3. You can't tell the difference with your eyes when you look at the chips and manufacturing processes used in the LED lamp beads. Aging equipment and test equipment should be used. If you put the LEDs of several full-color LED display manufacturers on an aging instrument and use high current for 24-hour aging, you can measure the brightness of the LEDs of several manufacturers, and see which one’s LED luminous intensity has the least attenuation and quality optimal.
