Beijing implements energy-saving renovation of lighting system

Recently, Beijing officially released the "Beijing Energy Development Plan during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").

The "Planning" sets 81 key tasks for energy development around the seven major aspects of "strengthening capabilities, promoting transformation, improving quality and efficiency, focusing on innovation, stabilizing supply, increasing coordination, and focusing on reform", and proposes a total investment of 186.6 billion yuan in the energy sector. List of key projects to ensure that the "Plan" can be implemented and be practical and effective.

In terms of lighting, the "Planning" proposes to strengthen the management of power consumption quotas in public buildings, and accelerate the implementation of energy-saving renovations for lighting systems, air conditioning systems, and heating systems. By 2025, complete the energy-saving renovation of 30 million square meters of public buildings.

Guangzhou continues to promote energy-saving renovation of lighting facilities

Recently, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Guangzhou Urban Lighting Special Plan (2021-2035) (Draft for Comment)", proposing that it will continue to promote the energy-saving renovation of lighting facilities and deepen the low-carbon and carbon-reduction reform of urban lighting.

The "Draft for Comments" pointed out that by 2025, Guangzhou will strive to reach a new level in urban lighting construction. Further improve the lighting rate and intact rate of lighting facilities; comprehensively promote the energy-saving renovation of lighting facilities, and make preliminary progress in the low carbon and carbon reduction of urban lighting.

According to the "Draft for Comments", by 2025, the lighting rate and integrity rate of road lights in Guangzhou will continue to increase, expressways, main roads and key areas will reach 98.5%, secondary roads and branch roads will reach 96%, urban village roads and township roads will reach 96%. 90% of other roads such as inner streets and inner lanes; landscape lighting facilities reach 95%. The timely rate of troubleshooting is 99%.

Shandong Province focuses on the development of high-efficiency lighting products

A few days ago, the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued a notice on printing and distributing the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the High-quality Development of the Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions").

The "Opinions" propose that by 2023, the level of energy-saving and environmental protection technologies, equipment and services will be significantly improved, and the output value of energy-saving and environmental protection industries will increase by more than 10% annually. By 2025, the development quality and efficiency of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry in Shandong Province will be significantly improved, and the energy-saving and environmental protection industry will achieve large-scale, high-end, green, and intelligent development, becoming an important strategic emerging industry in Shandong Province, and its development level will reach the forefront of the country. The field has reached the international advanced level.

In terms of lighting, the "Opinions" propose to strengthen the research and development of high-efficiency and energy-saving technologies, focusing on the development of energy-saving electrical appliances, energy-saving power transmission and transformation equipment, high-efficiency internal combustion engines, energy-saving motors and driving equipment, energy-saving boilers, high-efficiency lighting, energy-saving metering and control and other energy-saving equipment or products . Continue to carry out the energy-saving renovation of comprehensive energy-consuming systems and facilities and equipment such as the envelope structure of public institutions, lighting, elevators, and air-conditioning, and encourage the use of contract energy management models such as energy cost trusteeship.
