Fifty-two people have been divided into four groups. Each group has been made up by 12 people coming from five different departments such as sales department, production department. Grouping aimed to , but made the training become more excited, improve the communication and cooperation of cross departments. Eleven challenge programs were waiting for the four groups to fulfill. Every ending of a program made them more together and realize their own responsibility by sharing and rethinking. Each team member knew not only each other more clearly but also how to cooperate with others.The most touching and proud scene was the final program that everyone has past successfully the four-metered wall without any tools by team cooperation. More surprising, it only took about 25mins to finish the program which shorter than target time by around half hour and five minutes. The team spirit of Ervan has been fully played which showed us what’s a team and how to cooperate. I think the final program couldn’t be so successful if without unity, courage and insistence as well as responsibility.
