LED Tube



LED fluorescent tubes are the same in size as traditional fluorescent tubes, with lengths of 60cm, 120cm, and 150cm. Their powers are 8W, 9W, 10W, 12W, 15W, 16W, and 20W, respectively, while 60cm traditional fluorescent lamps actually consume electricity. About 26W, 120cm traditional fluorescent lamp (the actual electricity consumption is about 45W; LED fluorescent lamp is only 40% of the traditional lamp, which is an efficient and energy-saving lighting product [1].

The brightness of the 15W LED fluorescent lamp is brighter than the traditional 40W fluorescent lamp, and the 18W LED fluorescent lamp is brighter than the traditional 64W fluorescent lamp. The brightness of the LED fluorescent lamp is particularly soft and easy to accept. With a service life of 50,000-80,000 hours, the power supply voltage is AC85V-260V (AC), no need for a starter, quick start, low power, no flicker, and it is not easy to fatigue. It is not only super energy-saving but also environmentally friendly. It is one of the key products developed by the national green project and the main product to replace traditional fluorescent lamps. Low power consumption, saving 60-80% of electricity compared to traditional fluorescent tubes [1]. The specific advantages are as follows:

1.Environmentally friendly lamps and lanterns to protect the earth

Traditional fluorescent lamps contain a large amount of mercury vapor, which will evaporate into the atmosphere if broken. However, LED fluorescent lamps do not use mercury at all, and LED products do not contain lead, which protects the environment [2].

2. Efficient conversion, reduce fever

Traditional lamps produce a lot of heat energy, and LED lamps convert all electrical energy into light energy, which will not cause waste of energy. And for documents, clothing will not fade. The traditional fluorescent lamp uses 220V AC, so it will produce 100-120 strobes per second. LED lamps directly convert AC power to DC power without flickering and protecting eyes. [2] 

5. No ultraviolet rays, no mosquitoes

LED lamps do not produce ultraviolet rays, so compared with traditional lamps, fewer mosquitoes surround the lamp source. The room will become more clean and tidy. [2] 

6. Voltage range: 80V-245V

The traditional fluorescent lamp is lit by the high voltage released by the rectifier, and cannot be lit when the voltage drops. The LED lamps can be lit within a certain range of voltage, and the brightness can be adjusted. [2] 

7. Save energy and have a longer life

The power consumption of LED fluorescent lamps is less than one-third of that of traditional fluorescent lamps, and the life span is 10 times that of traditional fluorescent lamps. It can be used for a long time without replacement, reducing labor costs. More suitable for occasions where replacement is difficult. [2] 

8.Sturdy and reliable, long-term use.

The LED body itself uses epoxy resin instead of traditional glass, which is more sturdy and reliable. Even if it is hit on the floor, the LED will not be easily damaged, and it can be used with confidence. [2] 

9. Compared with ordinary fluorescent lamps, LED fluorescent lamps do not require ballasts, starters, or strobes. [2] 

10 Maintenance-free, frequent switching will not cause any damage. [2]
